Greasy Jersey

Here is a photo of a greasy Jersey evening. I saw some old friends that are in town for the holiday. We went out for a couple of drinks and then out to the local diner (a time-tested Jersey tradition). The food you see in the picture is a Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese Sandwich. Taylor Ham is a Jersey Delicacy, and a mystery in much of the rest of the country. It's basically a breakfast meat, similar to a sausage or Canadian bacon, but much, much more processed, and much, much tastier.
